Outreach Coordinator

Job Overview:
Able Care LLC is seeking a passionate and driven Outreach Coordinator to lead community engagement efforts and connect individuals with mental health disabilities to essential support services. The ideal candidate will develop and implement outreach strategies that increase client enrollment and expand our network of Community Support Workers (CSWs). This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic outreach programs to connect individuals with mental health disabilities to our services.

Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and local leaders to enhance program reach.

Coordinate community events, support groups, and educational workshops to promote awareness and engagement.

Work closely with the team to identify and enroll clients in our programs while recruiting qualified CSWs.

Advocate for individuals with mental health disabilities by ensuring they have access to resources and necessary support.

Qualifications & Experience:

You must be in the DMV Area.

Proven experience in outreach, social work, mental health services, or community engagement.

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of mental health advocacy.

Pay: $400.00 - $800.00 per day
