What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at ABLE Kids Co.?
The BCBA is responsible for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities in home, school, community settings. The BCBA's responsibilities include assessment/intake of patients, analyzing data and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, development of individualized goals, development of behavior intervention and treatment plans, ensuring treatment efficacy, patient safety, adherence to internal policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance and documentation required by various funding sources, including medical insurance. Provide ongoing hands-on training, support, and supervision of Behavior Specialists, and Behavior Technicians, Parent/Guardian training, program implementation, treatment protocols, and data collection to ensure overall quality and consistency of service provision.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
