Human Resources Specialist - Savannah GA
We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to oversee and support the teams in our clinics in Savannah, GA.
The perfect candidate will have extensive working knowledge of recruiting, ADP Workforce Now and must enjoy the administrative side of recruiting, HR, and onboard document collection.

Responsibilities
- Manage Recruiting process for multiple clinic locations in designated area, filling positions quickly as needed
- Communication with employment candidates as they go through onboarding process
- Provide immediate updates on candidate progress to all departments
- Maintain multiple databases to communicate with cross functional teams in HR, Training, Leadership, Culture, and Administration
- Provide HR and Employee Relations Support to clinics in designated area
- Provide HR support to clinic leaders with performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and any other HR related issues
- Provide support to payroll functions and serve as backup
- Maintain excellent and accurate electronic records of employee files
- Assist clinic leaders with bi-weekly timecards
- Collaborate with Training Department in training initiatives
- Support Culture and Engagement initiatives
- Provide administrative support to clinics as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- TEAM PLAYER
- Self Starter who can work independently
- High School Diploma Required - Some college preferred.
- 1-4 years experience in similar position
- Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of HR administration, organization, and operation
- Must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail as well as sense of urgency
- Adaptability to change
- Must quickly be able to understand, grasp, and adopt the ABLE Kids Culture and team philosophies
- Positive and Outgoing Personality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members, management, and candidates
- Solid computer/technology skills with proficiency in excel, word, and ADP, applicant tracking, and Sign Now as well as other internal systems
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook calendar to manage schedule
- Maintain confidentiality with all information
- Available to travel to support clinics 25% of the time
Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 2 years' experience in HR Administration, recruiting, and payroll
- Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
- Familiarity with EntreLeadership principles
- Avid reader of business, leadership, and self-improvement books
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director.

Salary: $40,000.00
