Self Storage Manager, Full Time, rent free apartment available
WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR SELF-STORAGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
Able Storage is a premier storage facility seeking a full-time Manager for our Rialto location. This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position. Work on Saturday is required.
A rent-free apartment is available.
We are looking for an individual with prior self-storage experience who has good customer service and sales skills.
Job duties include:
- Handling payments over the counter.
- Assisting customers with storage sizes and needs.
- Using a computer to prepare Rental Agreements and other documents.
- Assisting District Manager with delinquent accounts.
- Addressing customer service issues, including escalated included matters, within 4 hours of occurrence. Follow up with District Manager.
- Able to resolve employee-to-employee conflict in a positive and professional manner. Follows up and seeks guidance from District Manager.
- Maintaining a clean environment, both inside the store and on the facility.
- Knowledge of purchasing, ordering and maintaining inventory
- Maintains bad debt, write-off balances, and store adjustments
- Accurate with filing.
It would be very helpful to know if you can speak and understand Spanish.
