In the role of Customer Service and Operations for Self Storage, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding client services and support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your core responsibilities will include data entry, effective communication, and maintaining phone etiquette to enhance customer interactions. Additionally, proficiency in Outlook, effective communication, and exceptional phone etiquette skills will aid in streamlining processes to enhance customer interactions. Family owned and operated company seeks people oriented person to assist in the day to day operations of the storage facility.
Candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
1. Travel to all 3 facilities (on occasion) located in Victorville, Barstow, Adelanto. (not a must but desirable)
2. Be flexible with schedules and be willing to fill in when needed.
3. Be a team player.
4. Be able to work Saturdays.
Duties include but are not limited to: collection calls, outside clean up, unit cleaning, auction scheduling, filing, record maintenance, data entry.
