The Club - Unit Charge Nurse RN

Opened in the Spring of 2021, The Club at Lake Gibson is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located minutes away from the intersection of US 98 and the I-4 interstate. Our community is full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.

Our community has an opportunity for a Unit Charge RN to join our team. We're looking for a driven, caring, and passionate individual to serve as a leader to our excellent nursing staff and provide day-to-day supervision, participate as requested in the interviewing and hiring process, and assign duties for resident care, work hours, breaks, and meal periods for nursing staff on the unit. The successful candidate must be willing to be a part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in our state.
• Clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
• Able to relate positively and favorably to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.
• We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
