We are seeking an experienced Commercial Framer specializing in Metal Stud Framing to join our team in the Greater Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction, demonstrating expertise in framing walls, ceilings, and partitions using metal studs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal stud framing for walls, ceilings, and other structural components.
- Secure and fasten metal framing using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Operate power tools, saws, drills, and other framing equipment safely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve framing-related issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in metal stud framing within commercial construction.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong understanding of framing techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and job site protocols.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Greater Phoenix area.
