Job Title: Drywall Estimator (Metal Stud Framing) - $120-$140k Bonus

Salary: $120-$140k Bonus, Benefits, 401k Match, Vehicle Allowance & Gas Card

Requirements: Estimator with Drywall & Metal Stud Framing Experience (5 Years of Experience) -- Metal Stud Framing & Drywall Estimating Experience a MUST

Highly reputable and established Subcontractor/Specialty Contractor seeking a qualified and Experienced Metal Stud Framer/Framing *Estimator* in PHOENIX, AZ (must be willing to relocate full-time to Phoenix!!) with at least 5 years Commercial Construction Experience, doing drywall and metal stud framing on specifically larger commercial construction projects. • Willing to Relocate Full-Time to Phoenix, AZ! (relocation costs will be provided)
• 5 years Drywall/Metal Stud Framing Estimating experience - a MUST
• 5 Years Experience with Estimating on Large Commercial Drywall & Commercial Construction projects - a MUST
• Knowledge and experience of light gauge metal framing, metal stud framing, drywall & acoustical systems (ACT) - a MUST
• 5 Years Experience working with a Commercial Construction and Metal Stud Framing Drywall Subcontractor as an Estimator- a MUST
• *Strong* Track Record of Tenure (Candidates Must have at least 3-5 years or more Per Previous Company)
• Excellent math & organizational skills
• Great leadership & communication skills
