Job Title : Tubing Fitter (Oil & Gas Sector)
Location : Carlsbad, NM
Compensation : Hourly pay with overtime opportunities (no per diem)
Job Summary :
We are seeking experienced Tubing Fitters with a minimum of 3 years of experience bending stainless steel tubing for the oil and gas upstream sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with 1", ¾", ½", 3 / 8", and ¼" stainless steel tubing, as well as the ability to install instrumentation systems. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tubing Installation :
Accurately measure, cut, and bend stainless steel tubing (1", ¾", ½", 3 / 8", and ¼") to project specifications.
Install and maintain instrumentation equipment, including gauges, transmitters, and sensors, per industry standards.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations.
Inspect work to ensure compliance with project blueprints, standards, and customer requirements.
Work effectively with other team members, including electricians and supervisors, to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience bending and installing stainless steel tubing in the oil and gas upstream sector.
Proficiency in using tubing benders and other related tools.
Pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.
