Pay:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operations with TMA Mobile Application training to ensure readiness for technology adoption.
- Lead and assist in conducting surveys, collecting site data, and hosting training sessions for staff.
- Coordinate route card training, including updating and creating cards as necessary.
- Assist and lead in preparing site deliverables and deploying TMA, ensuring smooth setup and functionality.
- Lead the ordering and tracking of materials needed for Senpiper launch, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
- Lead the process for gathering employee information, training schedules, and route card reviews to facilitate site deliverables.
- Assist and lead in reviewing QR code placement, user uploads into Senpiper, and route card uploads to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for QR code creation, device setup, manager training, device login, route testing, and employee training.
- Order hardware and coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead hardware trainings and assist in on-site technology launches, providing support to managers and front-line employees.
- Help lead remote trainings using MS Teams, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Administer project timelines and milestones, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
- Create documentation related to technology rollout processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Present PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in technology rollout, project coordination, or training facilitation. Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with hardware management and familiarity with mobile applications is a plus.
