Job Description
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Catering Runner.
The Catering Runner performs a variety of tasks in preparing, transporting, and serving food to patients, staff, and visitors. Follows standardized recipes and demonstrates proper portioning to prevent waste and assure high quality products. Sets up workstation in a timely manner and restocks supplies and equipment, as necessary. Uses proper chemicals and temperatures in sanitizing trays, dishes, utensils, and equipment. Responsible for washing and transporting dishes to service area for use.
