The Maintenance/Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
Minor replacement and repair of plumbing fixtures
Perform lamp replacements
Replace ceiling tiles
Patch and paint
Floor tile/carpet maintenance
Room and audio/visual set ups
Maintain logs and schedules
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
Provide high level customer service
Proficiency on computer applications
Modify office furniture systems
Skills and qualifications:
Mechanically inclined (ability to operate hand/power tools)
Communication proficiency
Available Shift: Mon-Friday 8:00-4:30pm
Must be able to work independently
Safety awareness
A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
