Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a part-time Maintenance Technician for our facilities in the Brentwood, CA area.
The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.
Monday through Wednesday and Friday or Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $18.00 - $18.90 an hour, based on experience.

- NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance
- Pulling weeds and removing debris
- Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
- Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
- Multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
- Train new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locations
- Help prevent maintenance related problems before they arise
- Paid Holidays
- Use of a 10 x 10 storage 1/2 off after 90-days of employment
