We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Field Technical Support professional to oversee projects and provide on-site technical support to ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they stay on
- schedule and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and resource
- allocations.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Field Technical Support:
- Provide hands-on technical support in the field, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they
- arise.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems related to the
- project.
- Work closely with field teams to ensure proper implementation of technical solutions.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality assurance checks.
- Train field personnel on technical procedures and best practices.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, clients, and management.
- Supervise and support technicians, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed
- effectively.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Address client concerns and provide technical guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of project management and technical field support experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of industry-specific tools, systems, and troubleshooting
- methods.
- Project Management Skills: Experience with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams and
- stakeholders.
- Work Environment:
- Requires frequent travel to project sites.
- May involve hands-on work in various environments, including outdoor or industrial settings.
- Flexible schedule may be required based on project needs.
