THIS IS NOT A MAINTENANCE JOB. MUST BE FULLY COVID VACCINATED AND HAVE CLEANING AND SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
ABMC Janitorial Inc. is seeking an experienced Working Janitorial Supervisor working nights, weekends in Philadelphia, and must be full vaccinated some locations are medical facilities, you must be flexible to work in Philadelphia filling in for employees that call out, stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, checking on our buildings and our staff making sure everything is getting done. You will working along side our Operations Manager who will train you and teach you everything about our company.
- Make sure your resume has 5 plus years of JANITORIAL/CLEANING working supervisor experience, and 5 plus years of JANITORIAL/CLEANING experience, 5 plus years of floor tech experience and 5 plus years of using floor care machines. If your resume does not have the experience you will be rejected.
- Please provide a written resume with ALL your JANITORIAL supervisor and cleaning work history or you will be rejected. If you are working for a janitorial company, we cannot hire you if you because it is a conflict of interest.
- Night hours flexible days working Monday to Friday starting 5pm and must be able to work weekends filling in where needed in Philadelphia.
- Must speak good English and read and write English.
- Must be a citizen of USA.
- Must be able to and willing to, clean, vacuum, s/m floors, dust, bend, squat, lift large amounts of trash, wash windows, strip and wax floors, carpet cleaning, clean windows and glass.
- Must be willing to travel to travel to our Philadelphia locations.
- You will be paid hourly so you will need to clock in and out of every location you go to.
- Must be flexible about start times while in training.
- Must provide daily reports to your Operations Manager.
- Must be polite, courteous, reliable, friendly, outgoing personality know how to speak to people.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
