About Our Role:
At Abode Care Partners, we are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. As an APRN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various settings.
Your responsibilities will include examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses. You will also order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care, and ensure patient medical records are kept up to date.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in your state. You should also have at least two years of experience as a nurse practitioner, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
