Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine medical checks and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Qualifications:
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
