Abode Care Partners is seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you will provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various residential settings.
Responsibilities include examining and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing, active state Nurse Practitioners license, and Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
You will work closely with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain a comprehensive plan of care. Providing referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary is also an important aspect of this role.
