Your Role:
Abode Luxury Rentals is looking for a dedicated and proactive Guest Services Associate to join our team. This role involves managing guest communications and handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Abode offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to guest inquiries, managing packages, and supporting office functions. This position is ideal for an individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full Time; In-Person
Your Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest texts and calls promptly and professionally.
- Review Management: Respond to online reviews from AirBnB, VRBO, and email submissions, with a focus on addressing negative feedback.
- Package Handling: Manage incoming packages by adjusting and creating tickets, labeling them for distribution.
- Break Room: Restock the break room on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to ensure supplies are available.
- Mail Distribution: Check the company mailbox and distribute mail throughout the office.
- Review Reporting: Respond to reviews and report negative feedback to appropriate teams.
- Reporting: Create and execute necessary reports for the office to track performance and operations.
- Reservation Accuracy: Scrub existing reservations for accuracy and ensure that any necessary tasks are created.
- Project Completion: Complete assigned projects accurately and within the designated timeframe set by leadership.
- Procurement: placing orders for necessary office, break room, and property supplies
Requirements:
- GED or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and manage reviews professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to use Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, particularly in managing reservations and completing reports.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and managing the dynamic pace of lodge operations.
- Errand Management: Comfortable with running errands as needed.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

- Hospitality Experience: Background in hospitality to provide valuable insights on our industry and support our staff in providing exceptional service to guests
