What will I Do?
You will work for one of Utah’s most recognizable entertainment brands, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests!
The Guest Service Representative (GSR) is responsible for providing exceptional service experiences and quick resolutions to program or product related guest concerns. The GSR is a brand ambassador for Megaplex products, programs, services, and is an expert on the systems that support each of these experiences. The GSR is an effective communicator in both verbal, written, and virtual formats.
The position will:
- Answer guest service inquiries online, on the phone, and in person (Majority of role takes place over online chat)
- Accurately assess issues and assist guests in a timely manner
- Communicates with other departments within the company to assist with guest requests
- Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to resolve escalated disputes
- Gather trend reporting for recurring technology related failures or guest complaints
- Perform all other tasks as assigned – candidate must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to change

What is the wage?
$16.50-17.50/hour; Depending on experience
