Abode , one of the largest and effective nonprofits working to end homelessness in the Bay Area, is seeking a Senior Fiscal Contract Analyst for our programs in Alameda County.
About the Role : The Senior Fiscal Contract Analyst that will support operational finance activities across several program areas and contracts. This position may include the development and review of monthly invoices submitted to our funders, creation and review of budgets, forecasts, and other ad-hoc analysis. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to support multiple business partners and balance changing needs and priorities. This position has great visibility to the Abode Services & / or Abode Property Management leadership teams and interacts with a wide array of key stakeholders (Program, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Senior Management, and Grantors). The Sr Fiscal Contract Analyst role is distinguished from the Fiscal Contract Analyst by managing a larger, and / or more complex portfolio of programs, which would include supporting multiple business partners and working independently on invoice completion with minimal Fiscal Contract Supervisor support. Position will need to proactively prepare program forecasts and routinely review program status with key internal stakeholders.
