What you will do In this role, you will design and implement technical architectures tailored to our suite of supply chain applications within the Deliver and Customer Experience portfolio. Leading integration design, you'll ensure a seamless data flow between systems, prioritizing data integrity, consistency, and security. A crucial aspect of your responsibilities will be defining and designing application interfaces, balancing user experience, integration feasibility, and scalability. Collaboration is key; you'll work hand-in-hand with business stakeholders, our Tech and Data teams, and external vendors to ensure system designs are in sync with both business objectives and user requirements. Contributing to our IT roadmap, you'll collaborate with Product owners to keep our technological approaches at the cutting edge within the supply chain domain. You will frequently assess and optimize both application and data architectures, ensuring they are efficient, agile, and cost-effective. Upholding our commitment to security, you'll ensure that all architectures meet the highest standards, especially regarding data protection and compliance. Lastly, your role will extend beyond individual contributions; you'll offer mentorship and guidance to Tech and Data teams, nurturing a culture underscored by continuous learning and innovation.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Architecture : Design and implement technical architectures for our suite of supply chain applications focusing on Deliver and Customer Experience area.
- Data Flow and Integration : Lead the integration design to ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems, maintaining data integrity, consistency, and security.
- Interface Architecture : Define and design application interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience, integration feasibility, and scalability.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Tech and Data teams, and external vendors to align system design with business goals and user needs.
- Strategy & Roadmapping : Contribute to IT roadmap development for the portfolio in partnership with Product owners, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technology advancements in the supply chain space.
- Performance Optimization : Regularly review and optimize application and data architectures for performance, cost-efficiency, and agility.
- Security : Ensure all architectures adhere to the highest standards of security, particularly with respect to data protection and regulatory compliance.
- Mentorship & Leadership : Provide guidance and mentorship to other Tech and Data staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications :
minimum of two (2) years of solution architecture experience, performing analysis and design
Experience working with regulated systems (GxP) in the Supply Chain domain is a strong advantage .
