Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to assist with the operation of the credit unions debit/credit card program. This fast-paced department prides themselves on top-notch service to our members and team members. If you have a readiness to learn and eagerness to provide great service, then this position is for you!
What Youll Do:
- Order, Close and update debit and credit cards.
- Verify transaction activity on debit and credit cards with members.
- Process member disputes on debit cards.
- Answer employee/member questions through online banking, tickets, emails, and phone calls.
- Instant Issue debit cards.
- Monitor activity on debit and credit cards to make management aware of any trends with unauthorized merchants/transaction types.
- Daily reporting to maintenance and review debit and credit card portfolio.

What We Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team.
- Organized, display attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills, whether its with management or verbal/written responses to members or other team members.
- Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

$17.12 - 21.40 / hour
