Job Description:
As an Interactive Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for our members on currency and account-related services through an on-screen, video experience. Your role will involve promoting Credit Union products and services based on member needs using an Interactive Teller Machine.
You will receive deposits and payments for all types of accounts and input data ensuring completeness and accuracy with transactions and assigned cash drawer. Cashing checks and accepting withdrawal requests in accordance with established policies will also be part of your responsibilities.

- Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs

Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- A desire to present life-changing, money-saving opportunities to our members/potential members
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator, and copier
- Cash handling and balancing experience a plus
