Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to manage multiple aspects of the credit unions home equity and lending program.
What Youll Do:
- Collaborate with the branch staff to obtain all necessary information as requested by underwriting, collect appropriate documentation to clear underwriting conditions, ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met, obtain necessary items to fund, close and record the loan file.
- Handle the ordering of 3rd party services for HELOC (AVM, QSAR, Appraisals, title opinions, flood, etc.) Follow up on items needed for Clear to Close HELOC status.
- Maintain a pipeline report of loans efficiently and accurately and review daily to ensure loans are moving forward in a timely manner.
- Notify consumer underwriting of recently received appraisals and title opinions that need to be reviewed.
- Track all Denied/Withdrawn HELOCs from Branches and follow up with any information needed to complete file.

What We Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of financial industry experience
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team.
- Organized, display attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills, whether its with management or verbal/written responses to members or other team members.
- Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
