Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to carry out collection activities related to delinquent member accounts.
What Youll Do:
- Contact members, primarily by phone, whose loan accounts are delinquent and secure acceptable arrangements to bring obligations current.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and arrangements made.
- Gather and prepare necessary documentation for further collection activity.
- Communicate with a diverse member base.

What We Need:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team.
- Organized, display attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Communication skills, whether its with management or verbal/written responses to members or other team members.
- Experience using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
