We are seeking Caregivers/DSP's to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. Part-time and full-time hours are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
- Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities
- Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives
- Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
- Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
- Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
- Able to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Able to work independently in the community and/or the client's home
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs
- CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company
$1,000 Signing Bonus Offered
The signing bonus is paid out in three installments: $333 after working 90 days, $333 after working 6 months, and $334 after working 1 year, provided the employee meets certain conditions.
