What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Abound Health?
Abound Health is seeking a Finance Manager to join our growing team at our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and play a key part in driving process improvements as we continue acquiring companies and scaling. You will lead financial planning, analysis, and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead productivity improvement projects to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Own budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Analyze financial data and create models to provide actionable business insights.
Manage financial reporting and provide key performance updates to senior leadership.
Youll combine data sources, visual data to maximize performance.
Provide strategic recommendations in M&A activities, including due diligence and integration.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on data analytics and financial modeling.
Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional productivity projects.
Experience with multiple product lines or supporting multi business functions together.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.

Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year
