By promoting the well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), you'll leave a lasting impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines for Community Homes and Adult Training Facilities
Be the go-to expert for licensing bodies, confidently managing inspections, audits, and action plans
Empower staff by conducting and documenting clinical and supervisory visits to ensure top-quality care
Review client service notes and documentation to guarantee accuracy and compliance
Create personalized goals, task analysis, and interventions to help clients achieve their fullest potential
Inspire and develop your team with training, performance evaluations, and coaching
Advocate for clients by connecting them and their families with vital community resources
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in IDD services required
Deep understanding of 6400, 2380, and 6100 Regulations
Strong communication skills to connect with clients, families, and team members
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence and composure
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university required

Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
