Who We Are Looking For / Requirements
HRIS Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day systems to various HR Systems including troubleshooting system defects, administration, configuration coordination, mass imports/exports, reporting, testing, and new developments. This role will support the day-to-day HRIS functional activities described above in the SuccessFactors Employee Central and ADP GlobalView Payroll environment.
Key components we are looking for
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements; Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems; Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
The purpose of this role is we are currently changing the HCM system. Would be responsible for working with the Senior HRIS Analyst in support of the day-to-day activities. Support; troubleshooting, admin, config coordination, mass imports, reporting, & testing in SuccessFactors Employee Central & ADP GlobalView Payroll.

- Documents and analyzes requirements (e.g. business system, security, conversion, and report), develops detailed data, functional design, and document specifications, and assists with conversion, testing, training, and other project needs throughout the development life cycle.
- Designs, refreshes and implements the configuration and QA process to support HR system solutions, configuration, and processes.
- Maintains, analyzes, and supports reports of varying complexities utilizing appropriate reporting tools
- Performs analysis into the root cause of problems and recommends solutions for HR systems.
- Assists in the development and implementation of, and maintains audit and testing procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR system data.
- Identifies process improvement/automation opportunities and participates in initiatives: develop, document, implement, support/maintain.
- Provides long-term maintenance, support, and management of HR Systems. Leverage both industry and system best practices when partnering with the business lead and partners in the configuration of the platform.
