Who We Are Looking For / Requirements
Our client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with:
- 8 years of HR Project Management Experience
- Specific experience leading complex Payroll and/or Timekeeping transformations (preferred)
- Experience managing multiple types of resources (i.e., BPOs, SMEs, SI partners, off-shore resources, etc.)
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Proficiency in planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.Experience with network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, and process improvement.
- Strong capability in coordinating work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
- Ability to develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Experience with some enterprise-level tools and ERP experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with projects encompassing North America (Canada and the US).
- Relevant Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.) are a plus.
In this highly visible role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.Ensure project success within Phase 1 through Next August and potentially continue through Phase 2 if qualified to participate in UAT and other aspects of the project's next phases.
- Leading multiple types of resources (i.e., BPOs, SMEs, SI partners, off-shore resources, etc.) and coordinating work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners.
- Developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
