Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: Director of Operations
Division: Forward Remodeling
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Provide a high-level Customer Experience on every project.
- Own the project from start of work to final walk and completion.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Walk through with install crew and review scope and plan.
- Supervise subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
- Utilize CRM and company software for project tracking and reporting.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Solve issues as they arise.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
- Jobsite clean-up as/when necessary.
- Transport warehouse materials to jobsites prior to job starts.
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven experience in roofing, siding, or construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials.
- Strong decision-making ability.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
