Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and facilitate communication among stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Provide a high-level Customer Experience on every project.
• Own the project from start of work to final walk and completion.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Walk through with install crew and review scope and plan.
• Supervise subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
• Utilize CRM and company software for project tracking and reporting.
• Implement cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Solve issues as they arise.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Jobsite clean-up as/when necessary.
• Transport warehouse materials to jobsites prior to job starts.
• Other duties as assigned

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing, siding, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials.
• Strong decision-making ability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to climb ladders and be on roofs as needed.

Education/Experience:

• 3 years managing residential exterior home improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques, and systems.

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
