Position Title : Senior Payroll Administrator
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Status : Contract - 6 months, with the opportunity for possible conversion to permanent / full-time employment with the client.
Status : On-site
Shift / Schedule : 8 hours per day - To be determined
Pay Range : US $25 - $28.50 / hr W-2

The client offers a full spectrum of water, waste, and energy management services, including water and wastewater treatment, commercial and hazardous waste collection and disposal, energy consulting, and resource recovery. The client helps commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher education, and municipality customers throughout North America. The client has approximately 10,000 employees working at over 350 locations across the continent.
Requirements / Who we are looking for :
Our client seeks a senior administrator who provides payroll support to all Veolia North America customers through the Payroll Shared Services Center, processing transactions and answering payroll questions.
- Five years of directly related experience in Payroll Administration desired with thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, terminology, and interrelationships.
- Shared Services Center experience preferred.
- Human Capital Management (HCM) or other related systems experience. ADP (Global View), Workday, and / or Success Factors experience preferred.
- ADP eTime experience is preferred, but not required.
- General knowledge of varying types of Health and Welfare plans.
- Experience working with union payroll is preferred, but not required.
