Key responsibilities include processing vendor bills, reconciling statements, recording payments, and providing backup support for accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and proficient in QuickBooks and Google Sheets or willing to learn.

Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial calculations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to organize and maintain financial records efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to accounting software like QuickBooks
- Process vendor bills and reconcile supplier statements
- Record customer payments and reconcile credit card receipts
- Assist with timesheet data entry for payroll processing
- Provide backup support for invoices, payroll, and bank deposits
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
