Business Manager Details
- Location: Suamico, WI
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Salary: $60,000 – $65,000, based on experience
- Employment Type: Direct hire you start on our client's payroll on day one
- Supervise and support daily business operations.
- Learn and use Job Boss Manufacturing Software and QuickBooks (experience preferred but not required).
- Enter job orders, coordinating with production supervisors and customers to ensure accuracy.
- Provide backup support for AP, AR, and payroll functions.
- Assist with HR duties, including conflict resolution and mediation.
- Complete regulatory and customer surveys.
- Work with art files and 2D CAD drawings (experience preferred but not required).
- Use Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis.
- Adapt to shifting priorities and take on a variety of tasks as needed.
- Assist the owner with business operations and strategy.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills while working collaboratively with employees and management.
- Experience in business management, operations, or administration.
- Familiarity with manufacturing software and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Background in AP, AR, payroll, and HR preferred.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
