Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor advanced machinery for beverage production (cans and bottles).
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet production and quality goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Adjust and configure machinery for production changeovers.
- Manage and track inventory using computerized systems.
- Safely operate forklifts or pallet jacks to handle materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and workspace.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Keep accurate records and complete necessary documentation.
- Actively participate in team meetings and share insights for improvement.
- Identify and communicate process inefficiencies or equipment malfunctions.
- Utilize computer software to support production needs.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to support operations.
- Highly motivated self-starters with strong time management skills.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.
- Team players with a positive mindset and reliable attendance.
- Mechanically inclined candidates with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledgeable about food safety and quality protocols.
- Tech-savvy individuals familiar with Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- High school graduates or GED holders preferred; additional education is a plus.
- Candidates with 3 years in food production or machine operation.
- Passion or experience in coffee production is an advantage.
- Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
- Schedule: Straight 2-2-3 rotation, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Location: Neenah, WI manufacturing facility
