A fantastic client in Sturgeon Bay is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator (SRC) to manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods in and out of our facility. This role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Job Details:
- Pay: $18/hr
- Hours: 6am-4pm
- Days: Mon-Thurs
- Create and update shipping, receiving, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including staging, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with counts, and ensure proper storage.
- Utilize the ERP system to generate packing lists, process shipments, and track inventory.
- Verify and organize incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Secure pallets, prepare items for shipment, and confirm outbound truck schedules.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills and ERP system knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational skills.
