Position Purpose:
The Account Executive is responsible for building relationships with insurance agents, fleet and dealerships. He/she works on building relationships in order to increase sales in our glass department.
Job Duties:
1. Marketing: Builds relationships with insurance agency, fleet and dealership. Visits insurance companies on a weekly basis to promote glass industry. Promotes the glass industry on every visit.
2. Educates: Provides information about our glass business to people in the community.
3. Phone calls: Makes phone calls to agents to increase our glass sales.
4. Communication: Communicates to General Manager on a weekly basis. Shares ideas on new marketing techniques.
5. Dealer Fleet Relationships: Grows Dealer Fleet Accounts in Metro Area and Suburbs. Communicate offers with Auto Glass General Manager.
6. Incentive Program: Continue to expand glass incentive program with dealers.
7. Computer: Updates linked in site, knowledgeable of excel and familiar with newsletter articles.
Reporting Relationships / Contacts
Reports to General Manager. Has daily frequent contact with vendors, and other employees. This is a non-management position. This position will not have any employees reporting to him/her.

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry
