Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment that values autonomy, quick task-switching, leading through change, and driving accountability. The Revenue Operations Manager will oversee four key departments, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional client experience are driven and valued throughout the business. This individual will be accountable for reporting on the 90-day Sales Forecast, providing revenue analysis reports, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Oversee and lead four departments: Account Managers, Client Experience, Media, and Agreements. Foster a culture of autonomy and decision-making within the teams.
  • Sales Forecasting: Accountable for reporting on the 90-day Sales Forecast, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Revenue Analysis: Provide comprehensive revenue analysis reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across all departments, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
  • Client Experience: Ensure all teams are aligned in providing an exceptional and accurate client experience, from initial contact through to order fulfillment and beyond.

Departments Overview:

  • Account Managers: This team is the first line of defense for sales, providing administrative support and managing client quoting, open opportunities, and client relationships. They work to keep administrative tasks away from the sales team, supporting 2-3 sales reps each.
  • Client Experience: Responsible for processing client orders, entering orders, and handling procurement. They manage client updates and ensure an exceptional client experience, working closely with dedicated account managers.
  • Media: Provides expertise in product knowledge of Labels and Ribbons, including RFID Tags. They make recommendations on appropriate products, manage blanket orders, and work to increase profit margins and revenue.
  • Agreements: Manages all third-party and AbeTech service agreements, including renewal quoting and profitability reporting. They support sales and clients in selecting the appropriate contracts.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within operations or a similar field. The candidate should have a track record of successfully leading teams, driving accountability and empowering change and evolution within the team. 
  • Business-Facing Role: Experience in a business-facing role, specifically within operations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue analysis, forecasting, and identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Task Management: Excellent ability to switch tasks quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through change and drive operational improvements.
  • Client Experience: A commitment to providing an exceptional and accurate client experience, ensuring all teams are aligned in this goal.
  • Operational Excellence: A focus on driving operational improvements and efficiencies across all departments that bring value back to the organization.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.


Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
