Abrahams Kaslow & Cassman LLP is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal. Prior experience in the areas of civil litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice, and probate litigation is highly desired. AKC law is a full-service business law firm that has been serving the Omaha area for over 80 years.
Position Responsibilities:
-Prepare initial discovery and pleading documents
-Coordinate discovery and trial documents
-Summarize depositions
-Assist with all aspects of trial preparation
-Experience in reviewing and summarizing medical and billing records is highly desired.
Other Qualifications:
-Excellent writing and communication skills
-Handle strict deadlines and multiple tasks with great detail
-Professionalism in dealing with clients
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
