Compensation :
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities : Event Coordination :
Event Coordination :
- Plan and execute a variety of client events, from webinars, educational workshops, and seminars, to networking functions
- Manage all aspects of events, including running the virtual events, future in-person events, budgeting, vendor communication, and logistics
- Oversee event setup, execution, and follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees
- Develop and manage event marketing materials to promote events and drive attendance
Calendar Management :
- Manage the calendars of the team, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely communication with clients
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Maintain a centralized calendar system for the team
New Business Development Support :
- Assist with research and case preparation materials for advisors
- Help coordinate client onboarding processes
- Schedule and manage introductory meetings with potential clients
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
- Experience with event management or online video software a plus
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
