- Demonstrate a high level of customer service, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, and communicates effectively with dealers, distributors, and agencies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Clear and professional communication with multiple departments, customers, and external partners is crucial for order processing, training, invoicing, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Answer incoming calls and route appropriately.
- Provide high level of customer service with all customers, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors
- Process incoming orders from dealers and distributors and ensure they are shipped out in a timely manner
- Coordinate shipping of product, including scheduling pickups, processing shipping paperwork and communicating with shipping department.
- Send formal quotes to dealers, distributors and LEO Agencies.
- Provide invoices and process payments in a timely manner.
- Monitor VLTOR backlog to make job projections and communicate job needs with processing department, as well as purchasing for items needed.
- Maintain open communication with department heads on status of all orders and priority of jobs.
- Maintain inventory and alert purchasing department when items are needed.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and assist as necessary.
- Train new and current employees on processes, systems and inventory.
- Attend tradeshows and events as needed.
- Participate in physical inventory counts when needed.

- This is a designated safety-sensitive position.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Small arms weapons experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of VLTOR product line is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Focused with strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi task and be highly organized.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Understand and follows safety/environmental procedures.
- Communicates positively and effectively with other employees.
- Familiar with computers and able to operate in a Windows environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer/telephone.
