Up to $83,460 (includes base rate, shift differential, retention bonus, and overtime)
$500 Retention Bonus
80 Hours Holiday Pay Generous PTO Quarterly Bonuses
Direct Hire -- Benefits eligible after 30 days
Overtime available -- not mandatory
1st Shift Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Not eligible for shift differential)
$3.00 Shift Differential for off shift roles
2nd Shift Monday – Friday 2:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.
3rd Shift Sunday – Thursday 10:30 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up CNC mill, Swiss lathe, or other machinery according to blueprint specifications.
- Troubleshoot and edit programs.
- Ability to use inspection tools such as calipers/micrometer/profile projector.
- Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain the CNC milling, Swiss lathe, or other machinery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Follow established quality and safety standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Has a positive attitude.
- 1 years’ experience running CNC Mills and/or Lathes in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to run multiple machines each shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Stand for 4 hours a day
