$500 Retention Bonus
Five-day work week, Monday - Friday 2:30p - 11p
80 Hours Holiday pay Generous Paid Time Off Quarterly Bonuses

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be a key player on our skilled team, contributing to both the hands-on machining and the thinking that powers it. Here's a look at what your day could involve:
- Creating CNC programs from engineering drawings to machine a wide range of materials
- Choosing the right tooling for each job and programming it to spec
- Documenting setups, production notes, and any adjustments—accuracy is key
- Designing fixtures when needed to optimize setups
- Troubleshooting programs and tooling to reduce cycle times without sacrificing quality
- Diagnosing and resolving machine issues—everything from tool wear to programming hiccups
- Helping train team members and supporting our off-shift crew with your knowledge
- Collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quoting teams to keep things running smoothly
What We're Looking For
You're someone who knows their way around a Swiss lathe—and who brings both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. Here's what we're hoping you’ll bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 10 years of experience working with Swiss turn machines
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in your craft
- An eye for detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and precision
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
- Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime (sometimes on short notice)
- A positive outlook—we’re a small team, and good energy goes a long way
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on. You’ll need to:
- Run multiple machines during your shift
- Stand for 4 hours at a time
- Lift up to 35 lbs consistently
