Now hiring a Case Manager to provide case management services to youth with mental health issues. In this role, you will work directly supporting the Mental Health Therapists and Supervisors.

Wage: $20.40 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Setting: Residential Treatment
Shift: Varies
Qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program!
Our Workforce Program provides additional opportunities for compensation outside of the 40-hour work week where a staff member may earn up to $300 per 4-hour shift.
Overtime opportunities available.

Case Manager responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client centered.
- Handling case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and assist in determining case closure.
- Helping clients achieve wellness and autonomy.
- Support the Abraxas philosophy and mission and promotes the Seven Key Principles of care.
- Demonstrate appropriate use of Safe Crisis Management techniques and skills.
Hiring Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program required; degree in an area of human services preferred.
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
- Must pass criminal background check investigation
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
