Location : Abraxas I | 165 Abraxas Rd. | Marienville, PA 16239

Pay : $18.36 per hour

Job Type : Part-time

Shift : 11pm - 7am | Overnight Shift

Have you heard? Our workforce program provides additional opportunities for compensation outside of the 40-hour work week where a staff member may earn up to $300 per 4-hour shift. Overtime opportunities available.

Abraxas Youth & Family Services is a national nonprofit human services provider dedicated to Building Better Futures for at-risk youth, adults, and families. Our diversified array of services includes alternative education, outpatient counseling, in-home services, shelter, detention, residential treatment and re-entry / transition services. Since 1973, Abraxas team members have positively impacted the lives of those we serve and the communities in which they live.

As an Overnight Youth Monitor | Life Skills team member, you will :

Interact meaningfully with clients.
Complete security calls to night supervisor.
Maintain regular communication with co-worker(s).
Supervise morning routine; observes client behavior and intervenes appropriately.
Ensure client location.
Conduct and document random / unpredictable head counts / bed checks.
Conduct outside building security checks.

Hiring Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to pass physical and pre-employment drug / alcohol screening.

Must pass criminal background check investigation.

Flexibility to work overtime as required.
