**Job Title:** Applications Quoting Sales Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Applications Quoting Sales Engineer to join our team in Santa Paula, CA.
About Us
Abrisa Technologies designs, manufactures, and distributes precision optical coating solutions and custom fabricated glass optical products via two divisions: Abrisa Industrial Glass and ZC&R Coatings for Optics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a general point of contact between the company and assigned customers and prospects.
- Understand detailed customer applications and identify glass fabrication solutions.
- Generate sales quotations along with supporting technical and costing documentation.
- Provide production with designs and documentation as needed.
- Assist production with analysis and recommend design adjustments.
- Review and prescribe changes to router packets for work orders.
- Assist the quality department with difficult or abnormal inspect process development.
- Provide technical knowledge regarding glass fabrication and related information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, or one of the Engineering disciplines.
- 2-3 years of experience in the glass or optical field.
