Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Santa Paula, CA. This role will be responsible for acting as a technical and sales interface and resource to customers and other departments within the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Generating sales quotations and supporting technical documentation
- Collaborating with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Assisting with quality control and ensuring high-quality products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, or one of the Engineering disciplines
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in glass or optical manufacturing
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
