Our team of attorneys and paralegals provide efficient service to clients in the commercial lending community. Specific Responsibilities of Position Include:

• Full-time on-site role for entry level or experienced Paralegal in Mineola, NY.
• Preparation and delivery of real estate based commercial lending loan documents.
• Telephone and electronic communication with nationwide clients.
• Providing administrative support to attorneys.
• Providing organizational support to the legal team.

Skills And Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required, Paralegal Certification a plus.
• Must have a minimum of one year office experience.
• Strong computer skills required including Outlook, Word & Adobe.
• Clear & effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Experience in transactional real estate a plus, preferably commercial real estate
