About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at ABS Kids. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in helping children with autism reach their full potential by providing therapy services and supporting families through every step of the process.

As a BCBA at ABS Kids, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with families and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Our focus is on delivering high-quality care that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families affected by autism.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology) and be certified or eligible for certification as a BCBA. A passion for working with children with autism, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with others are essential qualities for this role.
